Palace Dumplings in Wappingers is absolutely awesome. The service is fast, and the staff is always courteous and friendly, which makes every visit feel welcoming. This was my second time eating in, and I’m officially hooked on their beef noodle soup. The seasoning on the beef is incredible—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I came back specifically for the soup, and it did not disappoint! I usually order steamed dumplings for pickup, and they’ve always been great, but after trying the soup, it’s become my new obsession. If you’re in the area, you have to give this place a try. Delicious food, great people, and consistently excellent service. Highly recommended!

Authentic Chinese dumplings from Harbin (northeast China) Love the dumpling skin and noodles too. We got surprised there was one authentic Chinese restaurant in this local area, a must try if you like handmade dumplings. (LOOK AT MY NAME!!) We ordered 3 different dumplings- veggie, pork and beef. Their meat dumplings are with a lot of soup!! Respect to chef, tell her 阿姨你真棒！

We had an amazing experience at Palace Dumplings. We tried the Spicy Noodle Soup and the Pork & Chives Stem Dumplings. The dumplings were mind-blowing—so flavorful, comforting, and perfectly cooked. Honestly, some of the best dumplings I’ve had in the area. (Note: I'm not a dumpling expert) The soup was incredible too—spicy in the best way, the kind of heat that makes you sweat but you love every bite. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. I brought my family, and they all loved the food as well. Definitely a top spot in Wappinger for authentic, delicious dumplings and soup!
